GYMGUYZ Southwest Valley leads with a passion for helping people stay healthy, find sustainable habits, and improve their overall quality of life. We bring safe, genuine, and professional fitness services to the community; all ages and abilities. We will be hosting an hour-long Bootcamp for Chamber of Commerce employees and members on January 17th from 3-4pm in the Chamber Courtyard.
This will be a peek into what we do everyday; providing exercises that meet our clients at their level but still get their heart pumping! We'll be using a wide variety of equipment to show that working out doesn't have to be the same thing every day. Keeping it exciting helps build foundation for long term habits. We will see you there!
